Café Crème, also known as “Schümli”, consists of a lighter blend compared to espresso. 90% Arabica beans from Central and South America and East Africa, as well as 10% Robusta beans from South Asia, give this coffee its mild, fruity aroma with subtle acidity and light crema. Suitable for a particularly long cup.
