Caffe Antico Milano was founded in Milan in 1967 and originated from a traditional coffee bar with its own in-house roastery. For over fifty years, the Ambrosiano roastery has been producing excellent espresso blends of the highest quality for top restaurants and hotels in Milan with dedication and passion.

For this purpose, only "washed coffees" are used—meaning beans that have been processed using natural methods in their countries of origin to improve the quality of the product and highlight its aromatic notes.
