Café Crème, also known as “Schümli”, consists of a lighter roast compared to espresso. 90% Arabica beans from Central and South America and East Africa, along with 10% Robusta beans from South Asia, give this coffee its soft, fruity aroma with subtle acidity and a light crema. Suitable for a particularly long cup.
